MSc. in Telecommunication Engineering
With the rapid growth of communications technology, services providers as well as the equipment industry are expanding their global workforce to meet the challenge of this increasing demand. This graduate programme in Telecommunication Engineering has been designed for practicing engineers and information technologists who wish to improve their knowledge and skills in the areas of telecommunication. In designing the curriculum, it has been kept in mind that this programme will be of interest to students from wide range of background.
Prerequisite
It is necessary that the students have sufficient background Computer networks and/or Telecommunication networks, computer programming (preferably in C/C++), digital circuits, Linear Algebra and Ordinary Differential Equations. Therefore, students with undergraduate degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Applied Physics & Electronics are directly acceptable in the program. Students from other background may be requested to do certain prerequisite courses.
